针对甲醇芳构化反应产物组分多、馏程长以及关键产物的同分异构体难分离等特点,利用气相色谱系统地建立了甲醇芳构化反应产物全组分分离及色谱分析方法,实现对MTA反应产物的高效定性和定量分析。该方法的相对标准误差均小于3%,相对标准偏差为0.01%~2.64%,可在16 min内完成所有产物分析。该方法高效且具有较高的准确度和精密度,适用于甲醇制芳烃反应的催化剂和工艺开发。
Aiming at the characteristics of many components of methanol aromatization reaction product, distillation length and isomerization of the key products, the separation and chromatographic analysis method of methanol aromatization reaction products were established systematically by gas chromatography. To achieve efficient MTA reaction products qualitative and quantitative analysis. The relative standard errors of this method were less than 3% and the relative standard deviations were 0.01% ~ 2.64%. All the products were analyzed within 16 minutes. The method is efficient and has high accuracy and precision, and is suitable for the catalyst and process development of methanol-to-aromatics reaction.
