基于齿形误差定义及渐开线齿轮齿形形成法,给出一种齿形误差测量与评定方法。利用三坐标测量机获得齿轮实际齿形轮廓上点的坐标,在AutoCAD中用三次样条函数拟合出实际齿形轮廓。依据展成法原理,将理论展开角度下对应的展开长度增量Δg实际值与理论值比较,得到实际齿轮的齿形误差。通过测量实验,验证了该方法的可行性。与传统齿形误差测量方法相比,具有数据采集效率高、评定方法简便、测量结果精确等特点。
Based on the definition of tooth shape error and involute gear tooth formation method, a method of tooth shape error measurement and evaluation is given. The coordinate of the point on the actual profile of the gear is obtained by using the CMM. The actual profile of the profile is fitted by cubic spline function in AutoCAD. According to the law of development, the actual value of increment Δg of the unfolding length increment corresponding to the theoretical expansion angle is compared with the theoretical value to get the tooth profile error of the actual gear. Through the measurement experiment, the feasibility of this method is verified. Compared with the traditional method of measuring tooth profile error, it has the characteristics of high data collection efficiency, simple evaluation method and accurate measurement results.
