建立了套管型药柱结构的固体火箭发动机燃烧室有限元分析模型,采用冲击响应谱模拟固体火箭发动机受到的外界冲击载荷,分析了固体火箭发动机在横向冲击载荷作用下其药柱、支撑杆的受力、变形。计算结果表明,对于套管型药柱结构的固体火箭发动机,药柱和支撑杆的中部受力和变形最大;随着冲击响应谱斜率增大,套管型药柱的最大应力值逐渐变小。
The finite element model of the solid rocket motor combustor was established. The impulse response spectrum was used to simulate the external impact load of the solid rocket motor. The effects of the solid rocket motor on the impact of lateral impact load were analyzed. The force, deformation. The calculated results show that for the solid rocket motor with a sleeve-type structure, the stress and deformation of the middle part of the column and the support rod are the largest. As the slope of the impact response spectrum increases, the maximum stress value of the sleeve-type column gradually becomes smaller .
