听说读写是一个以思维为核心的可调控系统,听和读是由外部语言到内部语言的转换,说和写则是内部语言到外部语言的转化。在这一系统的良好运行下,学生成功地收获并且应用了语文知识,并因此培养了自己的语文能力,将之内化为自己的语文素养。那么如何才能让这一系统良好地运行下去呢?此时小学语文教师就需要对学生的听说读写能力进行培养,进而促使学生积极地维护这一系统的运转,并在此过程中促进自己的发展。
