癌症是当今严重威胁人类健康的重要疾病之一。化学治疗(简称化疗)作为临床治疗癌症的重要手段,成为目前临床治疗恶性肿瘤最直接而有效的方法。然而由于肿瘤药物的高毒性和重复使用导致肿瘤细胞对化疗药物产生耐药性,这严重影响着临床化疗的效果,甚至最终导致化疗的彻底失败,90%以上肿瘤患者死于不同程度的耐药。耐药性问题一直是肿瘤化疗的最大瓶颈之一。逆转肿瘤细胞的耐药性,提高肿瘤细胞对化疗的敏感性,对肿瘤治疗意义重大。迄今为止,科学家一直在致力于提高化疗敏感度,克服肿瘤细胞的耐药性,但50年过去了并未解决根本问题,效果不佳。我们的最新研究发现,利用纳米颗粒容易进入细胞的特点,适当表面修饰的金属富勒烯纳米颗粒,不仅可以促进肿瘤细胞对顺铂的内吞,而且可以高效逆转肿瘤细胞对顺铂的耐药性,为克服肿瘤化疗的耐药性问题提供了全新的解决方案。
Cancer is one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health today. Our latest study found that the use of nanoparticles to easily enter the cell characteristics of the appropriate surface modification of metal fullerene nanoparticles, not only can promote the tumor cells to endocytosis of cisplatin, but also can effectively reverse the tumor cell resistance to cisplatin Sex, in order to overcome the drug resistance of tumor chemotherapy provides a new solution.
