利用环糊精疏水空腔对疏水基团的包合作用,用毛细管法测定了疏水缔合聚合物在不同物质的量之比的环糊精/疏水基团〔n(CD)∶n[H]〕溶液中的特性黏数,通过一点法和外推法计算了聚合物的特性黏数。两种方法计算得到的结果相互吻合,分别为1 027.2 m L/g和1 028.3 m L/g。随n(CD)∶n[H]的增大,疏水缔合聚合物的特性黏数先增加后稳定;Huggins参数先降低后逐渐平稳。结果表明,环糊精通过对疏水基团的包合作用改变了疏水缔合聚合物的特性黏数,过量的环糊精对聚合物的特性黏数没有明显的影响。
Cyclodextrin / hydrophobic groups [n (CD): n [H] were measured by the capillarity method using the inclusion of hydrophobic groups in the hydrophobic cavity of cyclodextrin. ]〕 Intrinsic viscosity of the solution, calculated by one-point method and extrapolation of the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer. The results calculated by the two methods are consistent with each other, which are 1 027.2 m L / g and 1 028.3 m L / g, respectively. With the increase of n (CD): n [H], the intrinsic viscosity of the hydrophobically associating polymer firstly increases and then stabilizes; the Huggins parameter decreases first and then becomes stable gradually. The results showed that cyclodextrin changed the intrinsic viscosity of the hydrophobically associating polymer through the inclusion of hydrophobic groups. Excess cyclodextrin had no obvious effect on the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer.
