在弱酸性介质中,铂族元素的存在可以加速无色荧光素向强荧光的荧光素的转变,本文探讨了利用该性质荧光法测定铂族元素的可能性。沸水浴中加热反应10min,除锇之外,其余5种铂族元素均可测定,且有较高的测定灵敏度(特别是铂)和较宽的线性范围。铂的作用机理是铂(Ⅳ)直接氧化无色荧光素为荧光素,它的最终还原产物——铂黑又可催化无色荧光素对水的还原。
In mildly acidic media, the presence of platinum group elements accelerates the conversion of leuco-fluorescein to strongly-fluorescing fluorescein. This article explores the possibility of using this property of fluorescence for the determination of platinum-group elements. Heated in boiling water bath for 10 minutes, except for osmium, the other five kinds of platinum group elements can be determined, and have higher sensitivity (especially platinum) and a wide linear range. The mechanism of action of platinum is that platinum (IV) directly oxidizes the colorless fluorescein to fluorescein, and its final reduced product, platinum black, catalyzes the reduction of water by the colorless fluorescein.
