本文首先对最高水位统计计算进行了一般性分析,然后推导出一定条件下水位与流量统计参数之间的关系式,说明现行的由水位的变差系数推求流量的变差系数的公式具有相当大的近似性,同时给出了偏差系数的计算公式。文中提出了用组合频率方法来计算最高水位的建议。如果河床历年变化(淤积或冲刷)能概化成按直线递增或递减时,其计算关系式将具有更简单的型式。最后,用一些平原和山区河流的实际资料来分析说明所建议方法的计算步骤及其实用性。
In this paper, a general analysis of the statistical calculation of the maximum water level is carried out. Then, the relationship between the water level and the statistical parameters of flow under certain conditions is deduced, which shows that the formula for calculating the variation coefficient of the flow rate is quite large The approximate formula of deviation coefficient is given. In this paper, we propose a method of calculating the maximum water level using the combined frequency method. If the river bed over the years changes (silting or erosion) can be generalized to increase or decrease in a straight line, the calculation of the relationship will be more simple type. Finally, the actual data on some plain and mountainous rivers are used to analyze and illustrate the computational steps and practicality of the proposed method.
