对于X射线应力测定的交相关定峰方法,提出了对交相关函数曲线的峰顶作抛物线拟合和使定 峰结果自协调的两种改进措施对 40SiMnCrNiMoV超高强度钢、含碳量为 0.8%的高碳钢和 GH39 镍基合金三种试样所作的实验结果表明,该定峰法的定峰误差明显低于目前使用的半高宽定峰法的误差, 改进措施可进一步提高定峰精度
For the method of cross-correlation determination of X-ray stress, two improved measures of parabola fitting the peak top of the cross-correlation function curve and making the peak-to-peak value self-coordinated are proposed. For 40SiMnCrNiMoV ultrahigh strength steel, the carbon content is 0.8 % Of high-carbon steel and GH39 nickel-based alloy three kinds of experimental results show that the fixed peak method peak error is significantly lower than the currently used half-height fixed-peak method, the improvement measures can further improve the peak accuracy
