目的探讨肠内营养支持对结肠直肠癌手术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取外科结肠直肠癌手术患者150例,随机分为观察组(快速康复外科组)75例和对照组(传统治疗组)75例。对照组采用传统治疗康复,观察组结合快速康复外科(FTS)理念,术前术后予以肠内营养支持,分析比较各个时段患者血清白蛋白和前白蛋白等营养指标,评价疗效。结果两组术前血清白蛋白及前白蛋白均无明显差异。观察组患者术后第1天、第3天及出院时血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),术后肠鸣音恢复时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结肠直肠癌患者围手术期按FTS理念接受肠内营养支持治疗,可促进患者肠道功能恢复,改善营养状况,缩短住院时间,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer patients. Methods A total of 150 surgical patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with traditional therapy and rehabilitation. The observation group combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) and enteral nutrition support before and after operation. The nutritional indexes such as serum albumin and prealbumin were analyzed and compared to evaluate the curative effect. Results There were no significant differences in preoperative serum albumin and prealbumin between the two groups. The levels of serum albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) on the first day, the third day and the time of discharge. The recovery time of bowel sounds and days of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative patients with colorectal cancer according to the FTS concept of enteral nutrition support treatment, can promote intestinal function recovery, improve nutritional status, shorten the hospital stay, the effect is significant.
