由中国行政体制改革研究会及社会科学文献出版社共同举办的《行政改革蓝皮书:中国行政体制改革报告No.5(2016)》发布会日前举行。报告指出,建立中国特色官邸制的时机已经成熟,应该在反“四风”、转作风中抓紧相关条例的起草和制度构建,做好顶层设计,在不动产登记制等基础制度的基础上,抓紧建立官邸制,并自上而下实施。
