1.引言玻璃炭是一种主要由碳构成的固体,外观特征类似“黑玻璃”。然而它的密度较低,为1.50~1.70g/cm~3,这使它易与普通玻璃相区别。当用原子排列来表征其特征时(如用X射线衍射),人们发现这种材料在二维方向上表现出一种长程有序结构,被称作带状碳结构或乱层结构。这种材料有相当高的硬度(维氏硬度3.7GPa),易脆裂。它的化学成分及其孔隙率根据前躯体树脂和工艺控制参数而变化。
1. Introduction Glassy carbon is a solid mainly composed of carbon, the appearance of features similar to “black glass.” However, its low density, 1.50 ~ 1.70g / cm ~ 3, which makes it easy to distinguish ordinary glass. When characterized by atomic arrangements (such as by X-ray diffraction), it has been found that this material exhibits a long-range ordered structure in two-dimensional orientation, known as a banded carbon structure or a disordered structure. This material has a very high hardness (Vickers hardness 3.7 GPa), easy to brittle fracture. Its chemical composition and porosity vary according to the precursor resin and process control parameters.
