各地业余大专学校培养出大批建設人材 1960年以来,各地业余大专学校,陆續培养出大批高级建設人才。据不完全統計,上海已有一千多名学員毕业,沈阳已有七百多名学員毕业,陕西已有二百多名学員毕业。通过业余大专学校学习,許多学員提高了文化科学技术水平,对发展生产起了积极的作用。如貴阳业余工学院学員刘伯昇,是貴州电訊器材厂的老技工,他根据学过的化学知識,試制成功“氧化銅”等重要产品,解决了該厂生产載波机原材料的来源問題。戚墅堰机車車輛厂,鉗工出身的王炳坤,几年来坚持业余学习,现已成为該厂的机械工程
