校训文化的构建离不开学校校长的领导力,立足于学校的实际情况。我校在学校校训文化建设中运用校长领导力的作用,通过校园环境感召人,校园活动感染人,校园特色感悟人这样三个层面的推行与实践,努力去改变薄弱学校境况,全面提高学校教育教学质量。
School culture can not be constructed without the leadership of school principals, based on the actual situation of the school.
