依据耦合模理论与光束传播法(Beampropagationmethod),提出了由X结波导到交叉波导的系列化全光开关设计。此设计方法可以对不同的材料(自聚焦、自散焦)、不同的非线性折射率和波长等进行波导全光开关优化设计。
Based on the coupled mode theory and Beam Propagation method, a series of all-optical switch designs from X-junction waveguide to cross-waveguide are proposed. This design method can optimize the design of waveguide all-optical switches for different materials (self-focusing, self-defocusing), different nonlinear refractive index and wavelength.
