“实质等同性”是GM食品 (GeneticallyModifiedFood)安全性检测的基本原则 ,本文通过比较转基因水稻品系与其轮回亲本的种子蛋白质指纹图谱 ,从遗传和生化水平上鉴定转基因水稻种子与其轮回亲本间的等同性。结果表明 ,通过常规杂交转育手段将转基因导入水稻品种后 ,经过选育转基因稻米的可溶性蛋白质组分可与轮回亲本达成一致 ,仅个别组分的含量发生改变。并探讨了蛋白质指纹分析技术用于转基因育种安全性监控和GM食品实质等同性分析的可行性
“Substantial equivalence” is the basic principle of GM food (GeneticallyModifiedFood) safety testing. By comparing the fingerprinting of seed protein between transgenic rice lines and their recurrent parents, the equivalence between the transgenic rice seeds and their recurrent parents was identified on the genetic and biochemical level . The results showed that after the introduction of the transgene into rice varieties by conventional hybridization, the soluble protein components of the transgenic rice could be reconciled with the recurrent parent, and only the contents of some individual components changed. And discussed the feasibility of using protein fingerprinting to monitor the safety of GM breeding and the substantive equivalence analysis of GM food
