高职院校的辅导员在教书育人中起着很大的作用,因此,面对现在复杂的升学环境和日新月异的新形势,高校辅导员需要不断提高自身的职业素质培养。本文对高职教育发展对辅导员工作提出的新要求进行论述,进而提出辅导员职业素质培养的方法和策略,以期对辅导员日后的工作有所帮助。 Counselors in higher vocational colleges play an important role in teaching and educating people. Therefore, in the face of the complicated enrolling environment and the new situation of rapid changes, college counselors need to continuously improve their professional quality. This article discusses the new requirements of counselors’ work in the development of higher vocational education, and then puts forward the methods and tactics of cultivating professional qualities of counselors in order to help the counselors in their future work.
