6.5吨/时燃煤工业链条锅炉因风室单侧进风,炉排面上风压分布极不均匀、影响正常燃烧,造成锅炉热效率低,煤耗大的现象。本文着重介绍经过多次试验后获得成功的风室分隔装置。该装置结构简单,改装容易,基本上能解决炉排上风压不匀的问题,使炉渣含碳量显著降低,有效地提高了炉膛燃烧效率。此外,还从流体力学的基本原理出发,提出了风室分隔装置的理论依据。文中叙述了测试和改进后的试验数据,以及分隔装置的具体结构尺寸。可供有关中、小型工业链条锅炉使用及制造单位参考。
