青研红是富士与秋红杂交育成的中晚熟苹果新品种。果实圆形,平均单果重257.1 g,最大单果重508.0 g;果实鲜红色,色相条红;果肉乳黄色,肉质细、脆,汁液多,香味浓郁,风味酸甜适度,品质极上等;可溶性固形物含量15.20%,总糖含量12.80%,可滴定酸含量0.28%,维生素C含量75.80 mg/kg,去皮硬度7.98 kg/cm2,室温条件下可贮藏30天;在山东省青岛市,果实9月下旬至10月上旬成熟。2012年12月通过山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
