我国经济的不断发展,使得电力工业建设的发展也相当迅速,各种类型的火电站随之涌现,且火电站的功率不断提高。这对相应设备提出了更高的要求,因而导致了锅炉的结构与运行变得更加复杂,使得并联管的内部流量与吸热之间形成差异。基于过热器的爆漏事故频繁发生。通过相关资料整理出100余起锅炉过热器爆漏事故案件,对这100余起事故的原因进行统计分析,找出引起过热器爆漏的最直接原因,并从问题的根源进行对策分析,期望能为相关电厂的安全经济运行提供一定的理论依据。
