本文以兰州石油化工公司文化小区筏板基础为例,选取粉煤灰掺量为0、10%、20%、30%、40%,混凝土强度等级为C35的粉煤灰混凝土为研究对象,通过试验研究不同龄期7d、28d、60d、90d的力学性能和碳化深度,分析相同强度等级、不同龄期下、不同掺量粉煤灰对力学性能和碳化深度的影响。研究发现,随着混凝土龄期慢慢增长,从7d、28d、60d到90d,粉煤灰混凝土力学性能和碳化深度均有一定程度的增长,其中以立方体抗压强度增长的幅度最大;粉煤灰掺量越高,粉煤灰混凝土标准立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、碳化深度增长程度越大。选定兰州石油化工公司文化小区筏板基础粉煤灰掺量为30%~40%的C35粉煤灰混凝土为最佳。
Taking the raft foundation of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company as an example, this paper chooses fly ash concrete with the content of 0, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of fly ash and C35 strength as the research object, The mechanical properties and depth of carbonization at different ages of 7d, 28d, 60d and 90d were studied. The effects of fly ash with different dosages on mechanical properties and depth of carbonization under the same strength grade and different age were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of concrete age, the mechanical properties and carbonation depth of fly ash concrete increase to a certain extent from 7d, 28d, 60d to 90d, and the compressive strength of cube increases the most. The higher ash content, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and carbonation depth of fly-ash concrete cubes increase. Selected Lanzhou Petrochemical Company culture plot raft base fly ash content of 30% to 40% of C35 fly ash concrete is the best.
