介绍了动车组在运用检修的初期由于检修人员对变化的不适应而产生了许多的问题,并针对问题提出相应对策。
This paper introduces that many problems arise in the initial stage of operation and maintenance of the EMUs due to the incompatibility of the maintenance personnel with the change and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the problems.
