目的探讨浓缩血小板汇集、滤白后的质量指标,达到一血多用、节约血源的目的。方法将160袋(2 U/袋)浓缩血小板及20例(8袋/例)浓缩血小板汇集、滤除白细胞后分别留样,检测并比较制备过程中各步骤的血小板(Plt)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)的变化。结果血细胞(个/袋),浓缩血小板汇集、滤白前:Plt 3.059×1011、RBC 4.868×109、WBC 2.030×109;汇集、滤白后:Plt 2.823×1011、RBC 3.929×109、WBC 2.221×106。结论浓缩血小板经汇集、滤白后能有效滤除白细胞,保证血小板含量,可达到相对理想的输注效果,是解决当前血源紧张和临床供血不足的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the quality indexes of concentrated platelets and white blood filters, and to achieve the purpose of using more blood and saving blood. Methods Totally 160 bags (2 U / bag) of concentrated platelets and 20 cases (8 bags / case) of concentrated platelets were pooled. After the leukocytes were filtered out, leucocytes were collected, and the platelets (Plt), erythrocytes ), White blood cell (WBC) changes. Results: The number of blood cells (a / bag) and platelet aggregation before filtration: Plt 3.059 × 1011, RBC 4.868 × 109 and WBC 2.030 × 109; 106. Conclusions The concentrated platelets are aggregated and filtered to effectively filter white blood cells and ensure the platelet content, which can achieve a relatively ideal infusion effect. It is an effective way to solve the current shortage of blood supply and clinical blood supply.
