1 黄河首次调水调沙试验获得成功10月16日,黄委举行新闻发布会,宣布人类治河史上最大规模的人工原型科学试验——黄河首次调水调沙试验获得成功。这个在黄河治理开发史上具有里程碑意义的试验,标志着治黄事业已经进入新阶段,由传统治黄向现代治黄跨越。本次试验从7月4日开始至7月15日水沙过程结束,黄河下游河道共冲刷泥沙3620万 t,河道状况有了明显改善。试验对进一步认识黄河水沙运行规律、提高对水沙的调控能力、科学掌握小浪底水库的运行方式、验证现代治黄手段等都有着重要的科学价值和意义。调水调沙试验是探索黄河下游河床不淤积抬高、研究和维护黄河生态的必然任
