针对目标威胁评估中混合多属性模糊信息融合问题,提出了一种基于诱导有序加权直觉模糊集的混合多属性目标威胁评估方法。给出了将模糊评价语言、区间数和实数表示的指标信息转化为直觉模糊数表示的方法;利用直觉模糊熵作为诱导变量,通过直觉模糊熵权获得指标权重,提出了直觉模糊集诱导有序加权平均(Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging,IFSIOWA)算子,给出了基于IFSIOWA算子的目标威胁评估方法。最后,通过装甲分队目标威胁评估实例验证了该方法的有效性,结果表明:该方法能够处理目标威胁评估中的混合多属性指标信息集结问题,获得合理的目标威胁度排序结果。
Aiming at the problem of hybrid multi-attribute fuzzy information fusion in target threat assessment, a hybrid multi-attribute target threat assessment method based on ordered weighted intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed. The method of converting the index information represented by fuzzy evaluation language, interval number and real number into intuitionistic fuzzy number representation is given. By using intuitionistic fuzzy entropy as the inducing variable, the index weight is obtained by intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, and the intuitionistic fuzzy set is proposed to induce the orderly (IFSIOWA) operator, the method of target threat evaluation based on IFSIOWA operator is given. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by the assessment of the target threat of armored units. The results show that this method can deal with the information aggregation of the MMA in the target threat assessment and obtain the reasonable ranking results of the target threat.
