应用失效模式和效果分析(Failure mode and effect analysis FMEA),对营养高风险患者的营养流程进行分析,找出高风险环节,对潜在风险因素进行原因分析并提出相应的改进措施,进而优化和改进患者饮食流程,在关键点设立持续的质量监测指标,保障营养高风险患者饮食治疗的安全实施。认为应用科学的管理方法,进行饮食流程中潜在风险的事前控制,能够有效地降低和预防意外事件的发生,保证患者的安全,达到预期治疗的目标。
