目的 :为探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM )患者凝血及纤溶活性与血液流变学的关系 ,方法 :采用ELISHA法测定了 6 5例 2型DM患者和 30名正常对照的血浆D -二聚体水平 ,同时测定血粘度和血脂。结果 :显示 2型DM患者血浆D -二聚体 ,血粘度 ,总胆固醇和甘油三脂水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,伴有视网膜病变 2型DM组的血浆D -二聚体 ,全血粘度 ,血浆粘度 ,红细胞聚积指数和变形指数均高于无视网膜病变组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血浆D -二聚体水平与空腹血糖 ,全血粘度低切率和血浆粘度呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :提示 2型DM患者存在血凝和纤溶活性增高 ,并与血液流变学改变密切相关 ;血浆D -二聚体是监测 2型DM血凝和纤溶状态的良好指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between coagulation and fibrinolytic activity and hemorheology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: ELISHA method was used to detect plasma D - dimer in 65 patients with type 2 DM and 30 normal controls Level, while measuring blood viscosity and blood lipids. Results: The plasma levels of D - dimer, blood viscosity, total cholesterol and triglyceride in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and those with type 2 diabetes mellitus - dimer, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte accumulation index and deformation index were higher than those without retinopathy (P <0.01); plasma D - dimer level and fasting blood glucose, low whole blood viscosity The rate was positively correlated with plasma viscosity (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is an increase in hemagglutination and fibrinolytic activity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is closely related to the change of hemorheology. Plasma D - dimer is a good indicator to monitor the type 2 DM hemagglutination and fibrinolysis
