【目的】以新高粱3号(XT-2)和新高粱9号(T601)为研究对象,分析不同播期甜高粱不同生育阶段茎秆SS和SPS酶活性的变化规律及相关性。【方法】在5个不同播期条件下进行了蔗糖和酶活性测定试验。【结果】茎秆的蔗糖含量随着生育期不断升高,成熟期达到最高值。不同品种和不同播期秸秆蔗糖含量有差异,新高粱3号第二播期的蔗糖含量最高,高达7.66%,第五播期最低,仅为1.87%。对于新高粱9号来说第三播期蔗糖含量最高,达9.17%,第二播期最低,仅为6.19%。不同播期和不同品种之间秸秆蔗糖含量与SS、SPS酶活性的相关趋势有差异。除新高粱3号第一播期、第三播期的蔗糖含量与SS酶活性呈极显著相关外,其余播期的蔗糖含量与SS酶活性均呈相关性不显著。不同播期下秸秆蔗糖含量与SPS酶活性均呈相关不显著。【结论】早播时新高粱3号蔗糖含量比较高,晚播时新高粱9号蔗糖含量高。因此新疆,尤其是在北疆新高粱3号糖分积累的最适播期为5月初旬,新高粱9号最适播期为5月中旬。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the changes and correlations of SS and SPS enzyme activities in different stages of sowing sweet sorghum with XT-2 and T601. 【Method】 The sucrose and enzyme activities were tested under five different sowing dates. 【Result】 The results showed that the sucrose content of stalk increased with the growing period and reached the highest value at maturity. The sucrose content of different varieties and different sowing dates were different. The content of sucrose in the second sowing date of the new sorghum 3 was the highest (7.66%), the lowest in the fifth sowing date (1.87%). For the new sorghum 9, the third sowing date sucrose content was the highest, reaching 9.17%, the second sowing date was the lowest, only 6.19%. There were differences in the trends of sucrose content and SS and SPS enzyme activities between different sowing dates and different cultivars. Except for the sorghum content of the first sowing date and the third sowing date of the new sorghum 3, there was a significant correlation between the content of sucrose and SS enzyme activity. Under different sowing dates, sucrose content of straw and SPS enzyme activity showed no significant correlation. 【Conclusion】 The content of sucrose in new sorghum No.3 was higher at early sowing, and the content of sucrose in No.9 sorghum at late sowing was higher. Therefore, the optimum sowing date of sugar accumulation in Xinjiang, especially in No. 3 Xinjiang No. 3, was in early May. The optimum sowing date of new sorghum 9 was mid - May.
