搭建了由国产1908nm掺铥光纤激光器抽运的中红外可调谐窄线宽Cr…ZnSe激光器。该激光器为X型腔结构,在抽运功率6.8 W时连续光最大输出功率为1.6 W,对应的斜效率为26.7%,中心波长为2420nm。采用Littrow结构实现了2284~2716nm的连续可调谐,调谐范围为432nm,半峰全宽(FWHM)为0.13nm;抽运功率5 W时采用输出比22%的耦合输出镜在2350~2510nm范围内获得了大于500mW的输出。采用Littman结构实现了2305~2658nm的连续可调谐,调谐范围为353nm,FWHM小于0.05nm;抽运功率5 W时可在2350~2520nm范围内实现300mW以上激光功率输出。 A mid-infrared tunable narrow-line-width Cr ...
