在进行气动换向阀寿命试验时,往往会遇到由于控制线路普遍存在的功能不严密而造成发信——阀实际动作之间有误差。采用具有逻辑功能严密、测试技术数据准确的逻辑控制技术,可以弥补这一不足。气动换向阀寿命试验的控制线路不仅要具有准确的发信、计数功能,而且还应具备能及时发现被测阀故障的功能。因此对控制线路可靠性和逻辑功能严密性的要求很高,为了达到这一要求,试验控制线路必须具备互锁保护、被测阀或试验控制线路发生故障试验自动中断的功能。目前进行寿命试验大多采用如图1 (a)的的控制方式。
