本文报道抗癫痫药物苯巴比妥 (phenobarbitalPB)、苯妥英 (phenytoinDPH)和卡马西平 (carbamazepineCBZ)血液浓度的反相高效液相色谱测定法。以艾司唑仑为内标 ,采用简单的溶液提取 ,于 40℃氮气流吹干 ,甲醇制成供试液进样。以甲醇∶水 (5 5∶45V/V)为流动相 ,于 2 40nm检测。在三个不同水平PB、DPH、CBZ的平均回收率为 1 0 3 6% ,98 1 %和 1 0 2 6% (n =6) ,日内和日间变异均低于 5 % ,一般合用药物对测定无干扰 ,在分析范围内具有良好的线性关系
In this paper, RP-HPLC methods for the determination of the blood concentrations of the antiepileptic drugs phenobarbital PB, phenytoin DPH and carbamazepine CBZ were reported. With eszolam as internal standard, using a simple solution extraction, drying at 40 ℃ nitrogen stream, made of methanol for the test solution injection. The mobile phase was methanol: water (5:45 V / V) and detected at 240 nm. The average recoveries of PB, DPH and CBZ at three different levels were 103.6%, 98.1% and 102.6% (n = 6) respectively. The intra- and inter-day variability was less than 5% No interference with the assay and good linearity within the analytical range
