创新型人才首先要具有创新意识和创新精神。创新必须勤于思考、乐于实践、刻意求新。小学生正处于具体形象思维向抽象逻辑思维的过渡时期,动手操作可以使学生获得感性认识,为学生进行思维提供支柱。加强动手操作,是培养学生创新意识和创新思维的有效手段。因此,在课堂教学中,多提供机会让学生动手操作,鼓励学生求异创新,可以进一步开拓学生思路,培养学生的创新精神和创新能力。
