1990年2月,依据卫生部《“2000年人人享有卫生保健”评价标准》,按照不同层次,采取随机抽样方法,分别对天门、武穴、麻城、枝江、宜城五县(市)的15个乡镇,45个行政村,以回顾、量化、对比的方法进行了综合性考评。结果:五县(市)的政府重视程度,卫生事业拨款、村卫生室建设、“安全卫生水”普及、食品卫生监测,计划免疫接种等六项指标均接近或达到最低限标准,婴儿.死亡率、孕产妇死亡率、传染病发病率、地方病患病率等四项指标均有三县(市)达到最低限标准。健康教育普及率虽然离达标有一定差距,但由于部门配合
In February 1990, according to the “Evaluation Criteria for Everyone’s Health Care in 2000” of the Ministry of Health, a random sampling method was adopted according to different levels, and five counties (cities) for Tianmen, Wuxue, Macheng, Zhijiang, and Yicheng were taken respectively. The 15 townships and 45 administrative villages conducted comprehensive assessments by reviewing, quantifying, and comparing methods. Results: The five counties (cities) attached importance to the government, the allocation of public health funds, the construction of village clinics, the spread of “safety and hygiene water”, food hygiene monitoring, and planned immunization all reached or met the minimum standards. Rates, maternal mortality rate, incidence of infectious diseases, and prevalence of endemic diseases all have three counties (cities) that meet the minimum standards. Although there is a certain gap between the attainment of health education and the attainment of standards, due to departmental cooperation
