随着我国科教兴国政策大力实施,我国整体教育水平与质量不断提升,以“成人教育”为代表的应用型人才培养已成为当前教育改革与完善的重要代表,其中人力资源管理专业教育培养作为企业管理重要人才输出平台,其学生创新能力直接关乎企业未来整体发展规划。然而就当前成人教育而言,其人力资源管理学生整体质量与能力水平普遍偏低,为深入解决此问题,本文特从当前成教人力资源学生创新能力现状出发,深入分析其人才培养模式存在的问题与缺陷,并在此基础上,以先进的“案例教学”为指导,对未来成教人才培养模式改革提出相应的建议与意见,以期有所收获。
With the vigorous implementation of the policy of rejuvenating our country through science and education, the overall level of education and quality in our country has been continuously improved. The cultivation of applied talents represented by “adult education” has become an important representative of current education reform and improvement. The education and training of human resource management major As an important talent management platform for enterprise management, its students’ innovative abilities are directly related to the overall development plan of the enterprise in the future. However, as far as adult education is concerned, the overall quality and competence of human resource management students are generally low. To solve this problem in depth, this paper analyzes the existing problems in talent cultivation mode from the current situation of students’ abilities of innovation in current adult education. And on the basis of this, guided by the advanced “case teaching”, put forward corresponding suggestions and suggestions on the reform of training model of adult education in the hope of gaining some benefits.
