针对大中型粮仓分布分散的特点,设计以CAN总线和Internet结合的通信网络,采用B/S模式实现浏览器查询粮仓粮情信息,方便管理者远程集中管理。该系统能够检测粮堆三维立体温、湿度及虫害信息,并建立粮情信息数据库,为粮仓远程精细化管理提供了信息支持。解决以往粮堆检测中温度存在一致性、抗干扰能力差、添加检测节点难的问题。
According to the characteristics of decentralized distribution of large and medium-sized grain silos, a communication network combining CAN bus and Internet is designed, and the B / S mode is used to query the information of the grain silo in the browser so as to facilitate the centralized management of the managers remotely. The system can detect the three-dimensional temperature, humidity and pest information of the grain piles and establish the grain information database, which provides information support for the remote fine management of the granary.
