我们曾观察到克山病死者心肌坏死区周围有酸性磷酸酶的活性增强和心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶的活力降低等现象。克山病患者处于乏硒状态,为了探讨这些酶的改变是否与硒贫乏有关,我们用低硒病区饲料和半合成低硒饲料饲养仔猪,并进行了心、肝、骨骼肌的酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDHase)、肌浆球蛋白三磷酸腺苷酶(pH9.4ATPase)和单胺氧化酶(MAOase)的组织化学观察。
