随着课程改革的逐步深入,学生的数学学习呈现多元化的形式,教学的有效性问题愈加迫切地摆在我们面前:教师应怎样改变传统的教学方式,引导学生探究、交流、互动,真正成为学生数学学习的组织者、指导者和促进者,教学应该怎样走出单向传输、过量训练的误区,切实提高教学效率和教学质量,同时减轻过重的课业负担,使学生热爱学习、学会学习?这些问题已成为我们研究的焦点,本文的主题就是探索教师如何在学生学习数学的过程中使用恰当的教学策略,实现“有效教学”。
With the gradual deepening of the curriculum reform, the students’ mathematics learning presents a diversified form. The effectiveness of teaching is more and more urgently placed before us: how teachers should change the traditional teaching methods and guide students to explore, exchange and interact with each other so as to truly become How to get out of the misunderstanding of one-way transmission and over-training so as to effectively improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality while relieving the heavy burden of classwork so as to make students love to learn and learn? These issues have become the focus of our research. The main topic of this article is to explore how teachers can use appropriate teaching strategies in their learning of mathematics to achieve “effective teaching.”
