目的磺酸左旋氨氯地平和尼群地平治疗老年轻中度原发性高血压的有效性、安全性。方法随机选择白山市中心医院门诊及住院136例60～80岁原发性高血压患者,分成两组。分别予施慧达2.5mg1次/日,尼群地平10mg3次/日,口服共8周,对比观察。结果苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的收缩压和舒张压的降压谷/峰比值均大于尼群地平。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可作为治疗老年人轻中度高血压的一线用药。
Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and safety of levamlodipine sulfonate and nitrendipine in the treatment of elderly mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods A total of 136 patients with essential hypertension aged 60 to 80 years in outpatient department and hospitalized in Baishan Central Hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Respectively, to Hui Huida 2.5mg1 times / day, nitrendipine 10mg3 times / day, oral for a total of 8 weeks, the comparative observation. Results Compared with nitrendipine, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure / peak values of levamlodipine besylate were both higher than that of nitrendipine. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate can be used as a first-line treatment for mild to moderate hypertension in the elderly.
