日本东京煤气公司1988年9月7日宣布,他们研制出新的可实现抗震对策的更高精度的控制用地震仪——“SI 传感器”,并成功地完成了其实用化的研究工作。据说该地震仪是与东京大学生产技术研究所(片山恒雄教授负责的片山研究室)共同开发研制的。它可通过瞬间地震动的强度(最大加速度值)和考虑了频率特性及持续时间影响的地震动强度指标——SI 值(频谱强度)的组合判断地震大小,并进行截止等的控制。为此,人们期待着它能广泛用于各种生产设施的地震控制。东京煤气公
