目的为了了解医院营养健康教育的状况,为医院营养教育的全面展开提供依据。方法通过查阅检索相关文献,了解医院营养健康教育的意义和状况。结果营养健康教育在医院是缺失的。其原因有:高校临床营养教育的缺失,对于临床医学专业的本、专科生,几乎没有一所院校把《临床营养学》设为必修课,只有少数院校把它作为选修课;薄弱的继续教育,医院未把营养教育纳入规范化、制度化管理;2002年中国营养学会调查显示,只有47%的医院设有营养科,营养科建制的不完善也是营养教育在医院缺失的主要原因;另一方面随着社会和经济的发展,疾病谱的变化,不断攀升的慢性病发病趋势以及居民相对缺乏的营养知识都与营养的关系非常密切,对慢性病的防控也应加强营养教育;营养支持的快速发展与营养科建设在医院的相对滞后,迫切需要在医院大力开展营养健康教育,以促进营养科的建设,促进营养知识的普及和传播。结论营养健康教育在医院的全面展开显得十分紧迫。
