本文证明包甲素苯甲酸盐(Benzoate of Boa-Jia-Su-A;BB-A)的中枢M-胆碱样作用与传统的中枢M-胆碱激动剂Oxotremorine(Oxot)及Tremorine(Trem)作用相似,BB-A的作用强度介于两者之间,BB-A与Trem合用产生协同作用,而东莨菪碱合用则拮抗之,通过Q值①与拮抗系数分别测定药物之间的协同拮抗强度。治疗巴金森氏症常用药安坦可选择性拮抗BB-A的中枢作用,实验未观察到美多巴能拮抗BB-A与Oxot的中枢作用,提示BB-A是一个有希望的制造巴金森氏症病理模型的工具药。
