以制造模块化为参照,基于产业或企业案例,从模块化分工、模块化集成、模块化界面、模块化耦合程度、模块化定制水平五个维度诠释服务模块化。研究发现,服务模块化具有以下差异性特征:(1)打破了制造模块化按照标准化界面分工与集成的局限,更利于形成、整合模块化价值网络;(2)具有开放性和融合性的共生界面,超越制造模块化通用化、标准化的对偶界面,易于建立起新型生产协作关系;(3)接口的复杂性和调用方式的灵活性降低了模块之间的耦合程度,能够促进模块化组织灵活运行;(4)在个性化定制范式和智能化定制技术方面,互动式的服务定制模式进一步提升了顾客满意度和忠诚度。
In order to make modularization as a reference, based on industrial or business case, this paper interprets service modularity from the five dimensions of modular division, modular integration, modular interface, modular coupling and modular customization.
