一、前言 通常认为,冲击韧性不是材料常数,没有任何物理意义。通过对冲击韧性本质的深入探讨,今天看来这种说法是值得商榷的。本文的目的就是在不同钢种、不同试样形式尺寸进行试验的基础上,用断裂力学的分析方法,探讨冲击韧性的本质,从而说明形式尺寸因素对冲击韧性的影响规律。 冲击试验方法在检验材料品质,内部缺陷,脆性转化情况和工艺质量等方面,具有比其它试验方法更为敏感和简便易行等优
First, the preamble is generally believed that the impact toughness is not a material constant, there is no physical meaning. Through the in-depth discussion of the nature of impact toughness, it seems that this argument is debatable today. The purpose of this paper is to study the nature of impact toughness by means of fracture mechanics on the basis of different types and sizes of test specimens. The influence of form factor on impact toughness is thus demonstrated. Impact test method in the inspection of material quality, internal defects, brittle conversion and the quality of the process, etc., than other test methods are more sensitive and easy to use, etc.
