一、绪言一般在轧制金属和合金板时会发生各种裂纹,而这些裂纹按其形状大致分为张嘴、裂边和内裂。其中张嘴和内裂裂纹性质不能进行轧制,但裂边并没有这么大危害,它是轧制一般金属板材过程中可以清楚看到的现象。然而可造成如下的不良影响:降低成品率、由于压入裂屑,使板材表面损坏、在轧制过程中附加张力引起板断等。对这种裂边的防止方法有:把整个轧制材料用包复层包复起来进行轧制的包复轧制法、在轧制材料边缘贴上变形量大的不同材料而进行轧制的粘贴边法、通过改良轧机,从侧面加以限制,来防止裂边的板边限制轧
