目的探讨轻质隔声观察(值班)室的合理设计对控制化纤行业噪声的有效性。方法结合现场特点,运用新材料、新技术、新方法进行隔声观察(值班)室设计,并评价分析隔声效果和室内空气质量。结果隔声观察(值班)室室外噪声为88~102 dB(A),室内噪声为58~63 dB(A),隔声量达40 dB(A)左右;室内甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度均符合国家标准。结论本文设计的隔声观察(值班)室能有效降低噪声危害风险,且集成度高,安装方便,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the rational design of lightweight sound insulation observation (duty room) on controlling the noise of chemical fiber industry. Methods According to the characteristics of the site, the design of sound insulation observation (duty) room was conducted with new materials, new techniques and new methods, and the sound insulation effect and indoor air quality were evaluated. Results The results showed that the outdoor noise was 88 ~ 102 dB (A), the indoor noise was 58 ~ 63 dB (A) and the sound insulation was about 40 dB (A). The concentration of formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and xylene in the room Are in line with national standards. Conclusion The design of the sound insulation observation room (duty) can effectively reduce the risk of noise hazards, and high integration, easy installation, it is worth promoting and application.
