目的 :讨论传统武术项目运动干预对女大学生身心健康的影响,针对女大学生存在的问题,提出更好的干预方式,增进女大学生心理健康。方法 :采用文献资料、实验法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、测试法等研究方法对干预前后指标数据变化进行对比分析(身体健康指标25个包括:身体形态指标6个、身体机能指标5个、身体素质指标14个;心理健康指标13个包括:心理症状9个和性别角色异化4个)。结果 :数据显示女大学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质中各项测试指标在传统武术项目运动干预前后有多项指标出现显著性差异;症状自评结果显示在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和精神症等指标上出现差异或显著性差异,角色异化测量结果显示双性化人格异化在传统武术项目运动干预后比干预前高13.3%。结论 :传统武术项目运动干预对女大学生身心健康有着积极作用和意义,建议各高校应建立传统武术运动干预女大学生身心健康的教学模式。
Objective: To discuss the influence of the traditional Wushu program sports intervention on the female college students’ physical and mental health. In view of the existing problems of the female college students, a better intervention mode is proposed to improve the mental health of female college students. Methods: The changes of index data before and after intervention were analyzed by literature, experiment, questionnaire, interview with experts and test methods (25 items of body health index including 6 items of body shape index and 5 items of body function index , 14 physical indexes, 13 mental health indicators including 9 psychological symptoms and 4 alienation of gender roles. Results: The data showed that there were significant differences in various indexes of body shape, body function and physical fitness among female college students before and after the intervention of the traditional Wushu program. The results of symptom self-assessment showed that there were significant differences in somatization, depression, anxiety, Psychiatric symptoms and other indicators of differences or significant differences in the role of alienation measurements showed that the duality personality dissatisfaction in the traditional martial arts sports intervention after intervention 13.3% higher than before. Conclusion: The traditional martial arts sports intervention has a positive effect on the female college students ’physical and mental health. It is suggested that colleges and universities should set up the teaching mode of traditional Wushu intervention on female college students’ physical and mental health.
