我国中小民营企业经过三十多年的发展,通过借鉴、吸收国内外先进人力资源管理理论,人力资源管理得到越来越多的中小企业的重视,并取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但由于起步较晚,中小民营企业的人力资源管理也存在着诸多的问题。本文从中小民营企业人力资源管理的现状出发,分析了当前中小民营企业人力资源管理中存在的问题和不足,结合当前我国中小民营企业的实际,提出了有针对性的对策建议。
After thirty years of development, the small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country have drawn more and more attention from SMEs by drawing on and absorbing advanced theories of human resources management both at home and abroad and have achieved remarkable results. However, due to the late start, human resource management of small and medium-sized private enterprises also has many problems. Based on the current situation of human resource management in small and medium-sized private enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings in current human resource management of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual conditions of small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country.
