目的评价在内分泌代谢科实施亚专业化护理对临床护理实践的效果。方法通过划分亚专业护理小组,医护一体开展多项新业务、新技术,对亚专业护理人员进行培训,实施亚专业护理的工作模式。分析实施该工作模式前(2006年~2009年)后(2010年~2013年)患者平均住院日、平均住院费用和患者满意度的变化。结果实施亚专业护理模式以后患者的平均住院日、平均住院费用没有差异(P>0.05),患者满意度有所提高(P<0.05)。护理人员参会人次、发表论文数和申报科研项也有所提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在内分泌代谢科成立护理亚专业小组,可以提高病房的医疗护理质量和患者满意度,提高护士的科研能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of sub-specialty nursing on clinical nursing practice in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism. Methods By dividing the sub-professional care team, health care and one to carry out a number of new business, new technology, sub-professional nursing staff training, the implementation of sub-professional nursing work mode. The changes of average length of stay, average hospitalization costs and patient satisfaction after the implementation of this mode of operation (from 2006 to 2009) (2010 ~ 2013) were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in average hospitalization days (P> 0.05) and patient satisfaction (P <0.05) after the sub-specialty nursing mode was implemented. Nursing staff attendance, number of papers published and application of scientific research items also increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing subprojects are set up in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, which can improve the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction and improve the scientific research ability of nurses.
