7月28日至31日,国家防总抗旱工作组到河南省检查指导抗旱工作。工作组实地查看了河南省濮阳、新乡引黄灌溉情况,平顶山市城市供水,郏县、鲁山县的人饮吃水困难、作物受旱和抗旱行动情况,许昌市城市供水和襄城县、长葛市作物受旱和抗旱行动情况,详细了解了平顶山市、许昌市抗旱水源供给、抗旱水源工程建设和解决人饮困难的情况。工作组对河南省抗旱工作给予充分肯定,认为河南省在大旱面前,组织领导得力,安排部署迅速,措施行之有效,抗旱保城乡供水和抗旱保秋效果明显。
