苗族刺绣对改善学龄前儿童负性心理行为作用的研究

目的:对我园学龄前儿童的心理行为健康状况进行调查分析,同时运用本地传统艺术——苗族刺绣教育活动,对存有负性心理行为的学龄前儿童进行教育干预,以探索对其的改善作用。方法:对筛查出的40例存有不同负性心理行为的在园儿童,通过改良后的苗族刺绣教育方案,进行有针对性的,为期6个月的教育干预活动;分别采用《Conners儿童行为问卷父母量表》和《心理健康诊断测验量表》,对30例研究对象进行干预前、中、后的测评。结果:对随机调查的150例在园学龄前儿童中,存有负性心理行为的儿童占比33.3%,主要体现在性格倾向、行为习惯、心神领会能力、人际交往方面存在不同程度的障碍;通过6个月的苗族刺绣教育干预活动和前后量表的测评,发现研究儿童在行为习惯、心神领会能力、人际交往方面的评分较前比较存有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);在性格倾向、精神状态方面的评分较前存有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:苗族刺绣教育干预活动可以提高学龄前儿童的兴趣爱好,对存有负性心理行为的儿童具有明显的改善作用。 Objective: To investigate and analyze the mental health status of preschool children in our park and to use the local traditional arts - Miao embroidery educational activities to educate preschool-aged children who have negative psychological behavior to explore their improvement effect. Methods: A total of 40 out-of-school children with negative psychological behaviors were enrolled in this study. Through the improved Miao embroidery education program, a targeted 6-month educational intervention was conducted. Conners children Behavior Questionnaire Parents Scale “and” Mental Health Diagnostic Test Scale ", 30 subjects were evaluated before, during and after the intervention. Results: Of the 150 preschoolers in the park surveyed, 33.3% of the children had negative mental behaviors, which were mainly manifested in different degrees of obstacle in their personality orientation, behavior habits, mind comprehension ability and interpersonal communication. Through six months of Miao embroidery education intervention and evaluation of the questionnaire before and after, it was found that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) in children’s behavioral habits, mind comprehension ability and interpersonal communication between the two groups (P <0.01) Tendencies and mental status scores compared with the previous significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Miao embroidery education intervention activities can enhance the hobby of preschool children, and have a significant improvement on children with negative psychological behavior.
